Winter is coming to a close and there’s no shortage of spring-friendly designs to swoon over. From surrealist floor lamps to trippy hand-illustrated wallcoverings, here are some highlights from the recent round of launches.

Nanimarquina debuted a vibrant rug collection by Barcelona-based artist Claudia Valsells. The series, titled Tones, features four abstract geometric designs in sunbaked shades inspired by the hues of musical instruments, which are woven using your choice of flat-weave kilim or tufting techniques for a customized finish.

parisian designer Vincent Darre and British interiors brand OKA unveiled an imaginative line of furniture and accessories. The four-piece capsule collection infuses surrealist motifs into neoclassical designs and offers everything from a two-toned console table with a marble top to a floor lamp modeled after a deconstructed Ionic column.

Ricci Studio released a rhythmic series of wallcoverings named Tempo. Available in four colorways, including red, taupe, green and blue, the series features a hand-illustrated jigsawlike pattern printed on a soft PVC-free commercial ground that ensures it’s every bit as durable as it is striking.

Canadian home brand Fülhaus launched its first-ever designer collaboration with Brady Tolbert. The collection features three eclectic lines of profitable designs inspired by contemporary artists and makers, including the curvy furniture-filled Sinuous Forms: An Ode to Vladimir Kagan, and the minimalist-minded Residency in Marfa, which pays homage to the clean-lined work of Donald Judd.

The Pablo collection by Vincent Van Duysen for B&B Italia Tommaso Sartori

B&B Italia tapped Belgian designer Vincent Van Duysen for an outdoor collection called Pablo. The series offers four clean-lined designs punctuated by solid teak wood frames, such as a deep-seated sofa with a gently angled back and a footrest with an upholstered base that can moonlight as extra seating.

Pierre Frey called upon artist Louis Barthelemy for a characterful collaboration. Drawing from ancient Egyptian symbols and the landscape surrounding the Nile River, the fanciful collection boasts a handful of trippy hand-illustrated wallcoverings, rugs and upholstery, such as a pop art fresco named La Faune et la Flore and the zigagging undersea-themed Les Poissons du Nil.

Carl Hansen & Son debuted a colorful collaboration with London-based designer Ilse Crawford. The series offers HansJ. Wegner‘s iconic Wishbone chair in nine limited edition colorways ranging from Seaweed green to Terracotta and Silvery Blue. A new hue will be released every month from now until December, beginning with Pewter in March and Pale Yellow in April.

Philippe Malouin unveiled five innovative furniture designs for New Zealand–based brand Residents. The solid oak range—part of the brand’s Offset collection—features tables, benches and stackable shelves with tubular legs that can be positioned in various ways to create an individualized look.

Wendy Morrison Design launched the Phoenix collection. The whimsical series features handknotted floor coverings, wallpaper, fabric and cushions clad in kaleidoscopic flora and fauna motifs, including a jewel-toned rug with intricate silk embroidery and tapestry-style upholstery.
